What this quote means to us is that it is very important to know self defense skills. The world can be a very dangerous place and OOPS inc. recognizes that there is a real need for lessons on self defense. It is our passion to spread the knowledge of how to defend yourself when you're in compromising situations.
Our cofounders-Lilla (left), Adara (center), and Mikala (right)-thought of this idea of a self defense website and app from the general idea of child safety. It was our understansing that many teens (or younger kids and adults) do not know what to do when they are in a situation where they are being overpowered physically. We thought that it was very important to develop a platform that helps people discreetly get out of these situations and also know how to defend themselves.
Our biggest hope is that our platform helps educate people on how to protect themselves in unwarrented situations.
