IMPORTANT : I will only talk about event that require specific conditions, scenes obtained through normal progression of the story that can't be missed won't be present here.

When Eric is at home, there's a probability for him to be found jerking off to Alice at 02:00.

Tips : you can quicksave (F5) at midnight or 1am and check if Eric is here or not and quickload (F8). It's doesn't work like other events.

This event offer few blackmail possibilities and one major event, if you choose to side with Eric, this event allow you take back Lisa sex ed.
