Relationship : Not used in game. Cannot be increased or decreased.
Mood : Can be increased or decreased. Mom will have reduced dialogue options if she has a bad mood.
Relationship (Eric) : Not used in game. Cannot be increased or decreased.
Eric's Influence : Not used in game. Can be increased or decreased.

Actions affecting mood :
  • Asking mom for money.

  • Completing any money tasks. mood
  • Watching TV (21:00) mood
  • Doing yoga with her (only possible you pushed Lisa away from Alex.) mood

Bathroom event with max

One time only event. Must be done before Kira's arrival
When mom is taking a bath at 20:00
Knock -> It's me, Max -> Can I come in? -> Enter -> I want to take a shower before going to sleep

Mom & Eric (Alpha, opportunity)

Not really hidden but you must be friend with Eric to see all sex scenes with mom & Eric.
You'll also learn more about Ann with some dialogues.

Bathroom 06:00

Nothing special.
Art change if you get caught.

Private punishment

You need to do chores and eventually you'll be able to start a conversation with mom. Mom, I wanted to ask you to stop punishing me in front of my sisters.. If you agree, next time you should be punished, it will be in mom's room.
Note: since it's private your influence won't decrease.

Watch mom dress 10:00

If you were/are friend with Eric and you were allowed to enter mom's room after they caught you spying on them there will be a new option when mom is dressing at 10:00.

Nothing special here but it can only be unlocked if you asked Lisa to forget about Alex.
