Leaving Earth Mission Planner

Plan missions in reverse, starting with the LAST maneuver on the FIRST line, then working backwards (down).
Components providing thrust must be on the same line as the maneuver they are used for.
For reusable rockets & Ion Thrusters, use the (reuse) option after the first usage, to keep mass & cost accurate.
Additional non-thrusting components/mass should go on the line above their thruster(s) (with From/To blank).
