Group Call with video and screenshare

This example shows how to:

fetch conversations and list their title
add injector to create conversation title
start, join and leave a conference call
toggle video
pulling a call on a different device
record session and download recording (recording is also posted to conversation)
listen to various events such as callStatus and callEnded
display call state, media state, conv and call ID

Note that the SDK only supports up to 3 participant videos. And if one participant shares the screen, then in addition to the screenshare only one participant video is streamed, and this video is from the active speaker.
