Find similar Galaxy tools by learning optimal probability mixtures of multiple sources of annotations.

The text similarity is computed using cosine and jaccard distances after reducing the dimensions using Latent Semantic Indexing. These similarity scores are combined using an optimizer (Gradient Descent).
